Here are a few things that I am a firm believer in:

  • I will never follow another diet again.

  • I no longer work out to earn food or because of “living” life.

  • I do not exercise so hard that I cannot walk. I do not write programs that encourage this.

  • I do not focus on the result of a weight goal or aesthetic.

What I want for you:

  • Be confident in an action-ready body knowing it can conquer any physical feat whenever you want, and your body will keep up.

  • Find happiness knowing your body can gain strength regardless of whether you have had a baby.

  • To feel sexy in any clothes you wear or do not wear because you deserve it.

  • To feel welcomed to talk about pregnancy and postpartum symptoms and not framed as “TMI.”

I work with my clients to establish habits when practiced consistently; results happen and
I encourage them to enjoy the journey.
