KatFit, LLC helps moms get real about their fitness habits so they can be strong and confident in their bodies at any stage, from pregnancy and beyond.

Have you ever said or felt:
My body aches all the time,” “I am tired,” “I have no motivation to workout,” “I need to get my body back, but when?,” or “I don’t trust my body.”
I get it.

Motherhood demands every ounce of energy from your body to your mind. You're busy. Your time is valuable. The thought of putting on sneakers and heading to the gym feels like an impossible task

I truly get it and I can help.

To be sure I am right for you, here is what I do not do:
-I am not an extreme transformation trainer
-I do not believe in “no excuses, no pain/no gain” techniques
-I am not a one-size-fits-all trainer

I am passionate about assisting moms whose youngest child is 6 weeks old to grown & flown gain clarity, confidence and consistency in their fitness.

Working with me you can expect:
-Clarity in understanding your true goals
-To regain confidence in your body and its powerful strength
-Workouts that meet you where you are and elevate you to where you want to go
-A collaboration between you and I to reach solutions to help you succeed within the demands of your life

Are you ready?

Perfect for those who do not live local to me, new moms and those who travel frequently.

I want to emphasize the amazing progress I've made, I couldn't do even one sit-up without pain, more than 5 push-ups,or lift more than 8 lbs., never mind a plank for more than a few seconds. Now....30 sit-ups, 75 push-ups, 15+ dumbbells, and a 4-minute plank!! Thank you Kathrine, You saved my life!
