Group Session Schedule

You do not need a gym filled with equipment to tone, lose weight or gain strength to ease the aches and pains of everyday life. You can strengthen your body through body weight exercises in the privacy of your own home or while traveling and beyond! Sessions come to LIVE via your smart device (IOS or Andriod friendly).

You will receive:

💪 Accountability- a real trainer is meeting with you and not a bot

💪Effective Workouts- workouts are 30 minutes in length and target the whole body

💪Playback Feature- should life get in the way, the workout will be recorded and you can play it back at your convenience
