There are 12 live classes a week through Zoom meetings. You don't have to have an account with Zoom to participate, but you'll need to download the free software. Each class is recorded so you can revisit it anytime you want through our VIP Facebook group.
The classes are based on body weight strength exercises. The workout is 30 minutes in length.
