KatFit provides training out of a small personal training studio located in Malvern. KatFit’s mission is to empower women in all stages of life to break down their preconceived limits, revealing a stronger and revitalized self. The studio is based on functional training using a combination of body weight exercises, suspension training, kettle bells, bands and weights. Services offered include one-on-one sessions, prenatal sessions, and virtual coaching sessions.
