Super Greens Pesto


1 cup Kale

1 cup Basil

1-2 Garlic Cloves

2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

1/8 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Water

Salt and Pepper to taste


Remove stems of kale. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until coarsely chopped. 

For thinner pesto, add more oil/water.
