What is KatFit Concierge?

KatFit Concierge is for mom’s who can’t make it to the gym, or are looking to add a supplemental workout into your routine. You do not need a gym filled with equipment to tone, lose weight or gain strength to ease the aches and pains of everyday life. You can strengthen your body through body weight exercises in the privacy of your own home or while traveling and beyond! Sessions come to LIVE via your smart device (IOS or Andriod friendly).

The Total Body Weight Strength workouts use only your body weight as resistance to build stability, coordination and strength. All exercises have modifications, coaching cues, and workouts are designed for all skill levels.

What you will receive:

  • Each week 3 no equipment, body weight workouts (2- strength & 1- HIIT)

  • Workouts will be unlocked at 5 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

  • Accountability- I will personally checking in daily/weekly with you

  • Convenience- never have to leave your home or need childcare

  • All workouts are led with instructions. All you need to do is hit PLAY then begin the workout. 

  • The workouts are recorded so you have the ability to PAUSE should you need to take a little more rest time or tend to a child.

  • Workouts are written for all fitness levels*

The workouts are:

  • 30 minutes in duration (warm up to cool down)

  • Use your body weight as resistance

  • Modifications to exercises provided
