Hi, I’m Kat!

I created KatFit to defy the conventional fitness industry norms that prioritize smaller bodies, endorse a "bounce back" culture, and promote endless diets. Instead, I believe in embracing strength and taking up space, breaking free from these standards to make our mark on the world through challenges.

Having grappled with losing confidence in my body post-pregnancy, I've navigated the path back to challenging it. I'm committed to aiding women through strength-building exercises, guiding them from pregnancy to menopause. Let’s uncover solutions tailored to your unique needs and life demands.

With customized plans, my clients revel in workouts, building strength, and transforming their relationship with food. Join me, and together, we'll overcome obstacles to greatness.
